Ease of Operation
To use the pepper spray and stun gun, turn on the power, attach the spray cartridge to the main body and select the appropriate buttons on the operation panel. There is no need to worry about being exposed to powerful pepper spray if the product is used indoors or in a location with no wind. Safe and secure operation is guaranteed.

Advantages
- A 180-cm (70.8-inch) long two-pronged tool can be separated into 2 parts. Each of the parts is only 90 cm long, and is easily portable.
- The powerful pepper spray is ejected approximately 2 seconds after pressing the spray button on the operation panel. A time lag of 0.5 seconds is provided between pressing the button and starting spraying thereafter. Our trial test demonstrated that such a time lag allows the operator to remain calm and take steady aim at a target.
- Familia is equipped with a 20,000V stun gun at the tip center. Any time you take aim at a human, always aim at his or her lower body and press the button. Do not aim at the upper body as the essential organs for life, such as the heart, are concentrated in the upper torso. Our staff member proved that Familia will do no harm to the human body as long as you take aim at the lower body of a human target. Also, Familia will be useful when driving away stray dogs and other small animals.
- All of the parts and components are made in Japan. In contrast to stun guns made outside Japan, which are likely to be broken down after being used no more than 2 to 4 times, Familia is durable enough to pass a 1.5 hours per day continuous test for 30 consecutive days.
- The main body and sprayer are made of aluminum for ease of use by any adult.

Insurance benefit of up to 100 million yen for an accident
A customer will be insured for up to 100 million yen if he or she should get injured due to an accident caused by a defect in our product.
Warranty
The product is under warranty for 1 year. Once the 1-year warranty is expired, Iimono Works will be responsible for repairing the product, but please note that it shall be repaired at the customer’s expense.
Precautions when using the product
- Please pay attention to the environment and safety when using Familia, special two-pronged self-defense tool.
- The ingredients used in the pepper spray produce a very powerful effect of irritating the eyes and will cause tears. Whenever using Familia outdoors, please pay particular attention to the direction of the wind. If the pepper spray enters your eyes, flush with running water.
- Whenever using the stun gun capability to defend yourself against another person, please take aim at his or her lower body.
- Please keep Familia out of the reach of children.

“While conducting the experiment, I was sprayed with the pepper spray all over my face. I immediately flushed my face with running water, but the pain did not disappear easily. I felt severe pain in my eyes, and had a burning sensation on my face. The swelling of my eyes went down and tears stopped after about 20 minutes. After calming myself, I tried driving. However, the pepper spray was not fully washed off and some entered my eyes again, and consequently I gave up driving.”
